There are a number of websites offering training and/or resources for a fee. As with most things, you can find all of the information on your own, but you’ll need to spend the time doing research. While it may be more efficient to pay for a course in terms of having a prepackaged curriculum, tax lien investments are a long term strategy and shouldn’t be entered into with the expectation of quick returns.
If you’re just getting started, the below links are some good resources to read through:
Industry Resource | Description |
---|---|
NTLA | The National Tax Lien Association is a non-profit professional trade organization for the tax lien industry |
Investopedia | Tax lien investments overview |
Bankrate | Tax lien investment risks |
REAL AUCTION | Auction site for several states |
